Please take a moment to review and follow the brief guidelines below. Kindly note that DMPedia charges a publication fee for edited conference proceedings, in line with our standard publishing policies.
- Introduction: Please include an introduction that outlines the theme and purpose of the collection. It should provide context for readers and briefly summarize each selected chapter. You may mention that the chapters are based on papers presented at a specific conference.
- Title: Do not use titles such as “Proceedings of…”. The book title should clearly reflect the subject of the collection and be different from the title of the conference. It should be descriptive and informative, allowing readers to quickly understand the book’s focus.
- Author Notification: All contributing authors will be required to sign a short publishing agreement with DMPedia.
- Paper Format: All conference papers must be formatted according to the official DMPedia template, available at: https://digitalmanuscriptpedia.com/guidelines/
- Third-Party Materials and Permissions: If any chapter includes third-party content (e.g., images, figures, or data), the editor is responsible for obtaining written permission from the original copyright holders. DMPedia cannot obtain permissions or pay any associated fees.
- Author Copies: The editor will receive a complimentary eBook copy of the final publication. It is the editor’s responsibility to provide a complimentary chapter copy to each contributing author. Please note that printed chapter copies are not provided to editors or authors.
