How It Works: Publication Procedure

Publishing your conference proceedings with DMPedia Conference Proceedings is a streamlined process designed to ensure quality, transparency, and wide dissemination. Here’s how it works:

1. Proposal Submission

  • Request a quotation by downloading and completing the Conference Proceedings Proposal Template.
  • Include all essential details:
    • Conference title and theme
    • Organizing committee and editorial board
    • Peer-review policy
    • Tentative schedule and submission deadlines
  • Submit your proposal to our editorial team at [contact@digitalmanuscriptpedia.com] for evaluation.

2. Proposal Review and Approval

  • Our editorial team will assess the proposal based on:
    • Academic quality and relevance
    • Rigor of the peer-review process
    • Alignment with ethical publishing standards
  • If approved, you will receive a quotation and can proceed to the next stage.
  • After finalising the quotation, you will receive a formal publishing agreement and can proceed to the next stage.

3. Proceedings Upload

  • You will be granted access to DMPedia’s OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform to manage the proceedings upload.
  • Alternatively, you may submit the final, peer-reviewed papers in PDF format as a compiled batch, and our team will handle the uploading.

⚠️ Note: All papers must be final, proofread, and approved by authors. DMPedia does not perform copyediting or proofreading.

4. Publication

  • After final quality checks, the proceedings will be officially published under the DMPedia Conference Proceedings banner.
  • Each paper will be assigned a DOI via Crossref (if needed).
