Author Guidelines

DMP-LNCSE does not accept submissions from independent authors.

Instead, DMP-LNCSE exclusively partners with conference organizers for the publication of their conference proceedings. Organizers may request a submission link, which will be provided upon approval of their conference proposal.

This curated model ensures:

  • Open access for both authors and readers

  • Rigorous peer-review and editorial oversight

  • Sustainable support for high-quality publication infrastructure

By working directly with organizers, DMP-LNCSE maintains the integrity and quality of academic publishing while offering global visibility to conference participants.

Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

  1. Authorship and Originality

The Contributor(s) confirm that:

  • The work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All authors listed have significantly contributed to the research and preparation of the manuscript.
  • Appropriate permissions have been obtained for any third-party content included in the manuscript.
  1. Copyright and Licensing

The Contributor(s) agree to:

  • Transfer copyright to the DMPedia Lecture Notes in Computer Science & Engineering.
  • Grant DMPedia Lecture Notes in Computer Science & Engineering the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the work in all formats, worldwide and in perpetuity.

For Open Access publications (if applicable), the work will be licensed under the CC BY 4.0 license, permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.

  1. Warranties and Indemnities

The Contributor(s) warrant that:

  • The article does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trademark, or other rights.
  • The article contains no unlawful statements and does not violate any rights of others.
