Publication Procedure

Publication Procedure – DMP-LNCSE

(DMPedia Lecture Notes in Computer Science and Engineering)

The following steps describe the official publication workflow for conferences partnering with DMP-LNCSE. This process ensures transparency, academic quality, and a smooth experience for organizers and authors.

1. Submit a Quotation Request

Conference organizers begin by submitting a Request for Quotation using the Conference Proceedings Proposal Template.
Please include:

  • Conference title, theme, and technical tracks

  • Organizing committee and editorial board

  • Peer-review structure and quality-control plan

  • Tentative schedule and deadlines

Send the completed proposal to: contact@digitalmanuscriptpedia.com

2. Conference Evaluation and Approval

Our editorial team reviews the proposal to ensure it meets the standards of DMP-LNCSE.
If approved, we will issue a publishing contract outlining responsibilities, timelines, and publication terms.

3. Inform Authors About Publishing Terms

Organizers must communicate the DMPedia publication policies to all authors. These include:

  • Open-access publication

  • Authors retain copyright

  • Papers published under CC BY 4.0

  • No publication without peer review

4. Paper Preparation by Authors

Authors must prepare their papers using the official DMP-LNCSE template and formatting guidelines, provided once the conference is approved.

5. Submission and Peer Review

  • Authors submit papers to conference organizers (volume editors).

  • Organizers conduct a double-blind peer review using their preferred platform.

  • After acceptance, organizers submit camera-ready PDFs to DMPedia.

⚠️ DMPedia does not provide editing or proofreading. All papers must be fully reviewed and corrected before submission.

6. Quality Check by DMPedia

The DMP-LNCSE editorial team verifies:

  • Formatting compliance

  • Ethical adherence

  • Technical relevance

  • Completeness of metadata and files

Papers that do not meet standards will be returned for revision or removal.

7. Production and Pre-Publication Review

  • Accepted papers are compiled into the conference volume.

  • A secure preview is shared with the conference editor for final approval.

  • The editor must confirm that the volume is accurate and ready for release.

⚠️ After publication, only serious scientific errors can be corrected through an official erratum or corrigendum. Stylistic changes are not allowed.

8. Final Publication and Author Notification

The proceedings are published online in the DMP-LNCSE series.
All authors with valid email addresses receive a direct link to their published paper.
