Publication Procedure
Publication Procedure
The following outlines the official publication process for conferences partnering with DMPedia Conference Proceedings. These steps ensure transparency, quality, and a seamless experience for organizers and authors.
1. Submit a Quotation Request
- Conference organisers begin by submitting a Request for Quotation by downloading and completing the Conference Proceedings Proposal Template.
- Include all essential details:
- Conference title and theme
- Organizing committee and editorial board
- Peer-review policy
- Tentative schedule and submission deadlines
-
Submit your proposal to our editorial team at [contact@digitalmanuscriptpedia.com] for evaluation.
2. Conference Evaluation & Approval
The DMPedia team will review the proposal. If the conference meets our standards, we will send a publishing contract outlining terms, timelines, and responsibilities.
3. Inform Authors About the Publishing Terms
Conference organizers must inform participating authors about the DMPedia Proceedings License, which includes:
-
Open-access publication
-
Copyright retained by authors
-
Distribution under a Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0)
4. Paper Preparation by Authors
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using DMPedia’s official templates and formatting guidelines, which will be provided upon confirmation of the conference.
5. Submission and Peer Review
-
Authors submit their papers to the conference organizers, who act as volume editors.
-
Organizers manage a rigorous double-blind peer review process using their chosen platform.
-
Once finalized, organizers submit all accepted, camera-ready papers in PDF format to DMPedia.
⚠️ DMPedia does not perform editing or proofreading. All papers must be thoroughly reviewed, edited, and approved before submission.
6. Quality Control by DMPedia
The DMPedia editorial team reviews the submitted papers to ensure:
-
Adherence to formatting and policy standards
-
Relevance to the scope of the conference
-
Overall academic and ethical quality
Papers not meeting requirements will be returned to the organizers for revision or removal.
7. Production & Pre-Publication Review
-
Accepted papers are compiled and prepared for publication.
-
A secure pre-publication preview is provided to the conference editor for final checks.
-
The editor must review and confirm that all content is accurate and publication-ready.
⚠️Note: Once published, no changes can be made except in the case of serious scientific errors. In such cases, a correction (erratum or corrigendum) will be issued.
Stylistic or formatting changes cannot be made after publication.
8. Final Publication & Author Notification
-
The proceedings are officially published on the DMPedia Conference Proceedings platform.
-
Authors (with valid email addresses) will be notified and provided a direct link to their paper.
