Publication Procedure

Publication Procedure – DMP-LNMR

(DMPedia Lecture Notes in Multidisciplinary Research)

Below is the official publication workflow for conferences partnering with DMP-LNMR. These steps ensure clarity, quality control, and a smooth publishing experience.

1. Submit a Quotation Request

Conference organizers should submit a Request for Quotation using the Conference Proceedings Proposal Template.
Please include:

  • Conference title, theme, and multidisciplinary areas covered

  • Organizing committee and editorial board

  • Peer-review policy

  • Tentative timeline and submission deadlines

Send your proposal to: contact@digitalmanuscriptpedia.com

2. Conference Evaluation and Approval

The DMPedia editorial team reviews the proposal.
If the conference aligns with DMP-LNMR’s scope and standards, a publishing contract will be issued with clear details about responsibilities and publication timelines.

3. Inform Authors About Publishing Terms

Organizers must inform all authors about the DMPedia publication policies:

  • Open-access publication model

  • Authors retain copyright

  • Papers published under CC BY 4.0

  • Only peer-reviewed papers will be published

4. Paper Preparation by Authors

Authors must prepare their papers using the DMP-LNMR official template and follow the formatting guidelines provided after conference approval.

5. Submission and Peer Review

  • Authors submit papers to the organizing committee.

  • The committee conducts a double-blind peer review.

  • After acceptance, camera-ready PDFs are submitted to DMPedia for final processing.

⚠️ DMPedia does not offer editing or proofreading. All papers must be fully checked and corrected by organizers before submission.

6. Quality Check by DMPedia

Our editorial team reviews the submitted material to ensure:

  • Formatting and template compliance

  • Ethical and academic integrity

  • Relevance to the conference’s multidisciplinary scope

  • Correct and complete metadata

Non-compliant papers will be returned for correction or removal.

7. Production and Pre-Publication Review

  • Accepted papers are compiled into the volume.

  • A secure preview is shared with the conference editor for verification.

  • The editor must confirm that the volume is accurate and ready for publication.

⚠️ After publication, only serious scientific issues can be corrected through an official erratum. Other changes are not permitted.

8. Final Publication and Author Notification

The volume is published online in the DMP-LNMR series.
All authors with active email addresses receive a direct link to their published paper.
